We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced business environment. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coaching team members, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback, support, and development
- Foster a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture
- Drive revenue and business growth
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to support business objectives
- Identify new opportunities to grow accounts and generate revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
- Oversee sales performance and reporting
- Track sales metrics, pipeline movement, and conversion performance
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Ensure consistent use of CRM tools and accurate sales documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and business results
- Share market feedback, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Support continuous process improvement across the sales function
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales leadership experience in the BPO industry.
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience managing teams in a target-driven environment
- Must be amenable to work in a hybrid set-up
- Okay working night shift
- Amenable to report onsite in Makati Ayala North Exchange Site
