Ensures that the office space is effectively marketed to the right audience, helping drive occupancy and strengthens competitive edge.

Job Description:

• Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demand for office Spaces.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract specific industries, such as lT-BPM, private and government institutions, that align with the office building's profile and location.
• Lead Generation & Tenant Outreach:
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media, industry events, and partnerships with brokerage firms.
• Proactively reach out to prospective tenants and industry contacts, presenting the office space's features and advantages.
• Brand Positioning & Advertising:
• Create advertising content, brochures, and digital marketing materials that highlight the office space's unique selling points (e.g., location, amenities, flexible layouts).
• Develop a strong brand presence through website listings, virtual tours, and social media to enhance visibility and appeal.
• Collaboration with Leasing a Property Management Teams:
• Work closely with the leasing and property management teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with occupancy goals.
• Collaborate to create promotional offers or incentives, such as discounted rent or flexible lease terms, to attract tenants.
• Event Coordination & Networking:
• Organize and coordinate open houses, property tours, or networking events to showcase the office space to potential tenants.
• Build relationship with brokers to potential tenants, corporate clients, and relocation firms to create a steady pipeline of prospective tenants.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Monitor the success of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPls) such as lead conversions and occupancy rates.
• Regularly report on campaign results and tenant feedback to adjust marketing tactics and improve engagement.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in leasing marketing, or property management, preferably with a focus on office or commercial properties.
• Experience in Tenant relations, contract negotiations, or commercial real estate marketing is beneficial.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Cavite
