Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role involves a mix of digital and traditional marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and market research to support business growth and engagement goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role (3 years in a beauty and wellness industry is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in marketing software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or CRM tools.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, on-site, with occasional travel for events or meetings.
May require flexibility in working hours during campaign launches or events.

Can start immediately and must be willing to be assigned in Greenhills San Juan.
