WE’RE HIRING – AP / AR SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable AP / AR Supervisor to join our team!
In this role, you will oversee both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely payments and collections, and proper recording of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise AP and AR daily operations
- Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and customer billings
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare payment schedules, collection reports, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation for month-end closing and audit requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding payment concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or related accounting functions is an advantage
- Able to manage tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
