Creative Services Supervisor

CASTLEKEEP HOLDINGS INC. is hiring!

• The Creative Services Supervisor is responsible for leading the planning, development, execution, and quality control of the company's marketing content and creative materials across digital and offline channels.
• This role bridges strategy and execution by translating business priorities, promotions, and brand direction into effective campaigns, content calendars, merchandising materials, posters, video concepts, and communication assets that support sales, branch execution, and branch growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the day-to-day output of the content and design team
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members in content quality, design standards, branding, and execution discipline
• Oversee the development of social media content calendars, campaign messaging, visual direction, and posting requirements
• Lead the creation of monthly and campaign-based content plans aligned with brand priorities, sales pushes, launches, and promotions
• Review posters, social media graphics, branch materials, merchandising assets, and video concepts to ensure quality and consistency
• Oversee the planning and development of offline merchandising materials such as posters, streamers, standees, flyers, in-store branding, dealer/branch collaterals, and point-of-scale materials
• Supervise the conceptualization and production of short-form videos, campaign clips, and on-ground content assets
• Work closely with sales, operations, product, and management teams to understand business priorities and translate them into marketing outputs
• In short: you are the one who keeps the brand creative, organized, consistent, and execution ready.

Who We Imagine You Are

You might be a great match if you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Business, or related field
• Have experience leading a creative, marketing, brand communications, or content team
• Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience for Supervisor level, or 3-5 years for Manager level
• Strong background in both digital content and offline marketing materials
• Have experience in handling external suppliers, printers, or production vendors
• Have knowledge of social media content planning and campaign execution
