Job description:

Reports To: Merchandising Supervisor

Job Level Required:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as Buyer/Purchasing associate but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

Office Location: Cebu City

Job Description:

• Prepare canvas sheets and select the best vendor for each purchase.
• Purchase goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to streamline processes.
• Prepare purchase orders and secure approval from authorized approvers.
• Monitor and ensure complete and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compilation of Job Completion Reports from service vendors and verify compliance.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure goods are available when needed.

• Conduct market research to identify new vendors, products, and advantageous pricing.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

• Maintain business relationships with vendors and negotiate cost of goods and contracts.
• Resolve vendor concerns and maintain accurate records.

• Maintain organized files of pertinent procurement records and documents.
• Perform duties in accordance with company SOPs, health & safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas at all times.

• Evaluate and recommend improvements in the procurement process.
• Perform other business-related tasks as assigned from time to time.
