JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a results-driven and data-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of managing and optimizing our PPC campaigns. This role requires someone who can dive deep into campaign data, identify trends, and proactively implement strategies to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
As part of a dynamic team, you will oversee and refine our digital marketing efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and emerging channels, while supporting lead generation and sales goals. Your ability to analyze performance metrics, test new strategies, and drive results will play a critical role in scaling our digital marketing success.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Lead Generation and Optimization- Take a hands-on approach to managing PPC ad campaigns across platforms, identifying trends in data, and proactively implementing strategies to optimize performance and improve ROAS.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and emerging channels like TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Develop, maintain, and refine a digital sales funnel to support lead generation and drive sales goals.
- Conduct controlled tests and experiments to discover and integrate effective new lead sources into the marketing mix.
- Oversee digital advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and alignment with ROI and business objectives.
- Execute targeted campaigns with a focus on remarketing, demand generation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Update weekly and monthly lead gen performance reports, provide analysis on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows, including email templates, drip campaigns, lead scoring systems, and segmentation strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration and automation of workflows using tools like Zoho CRM and Zapier.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM data, regularly updating records to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and marketing goals.
- Coordinate with contractors and agencies to execute specialized strategies, including campaign updates, keyword management, and ad performance optimization.
- Provide technical support for tools such as Calendly, RingCentral, and Zoho CRM to ensure seamless operations.
- Attend team meetings, including weekly and quarterly check-ins, as required.
- Support the creation of resources and processes outside core responsibilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proven experience in both search and social advertising, including strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in managing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Marketing.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing sales funnels.
- Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce.
- Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics for tracking and insights.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM platform integration and workflow development.
- Proficiency in using Zapier and other integration tools to streamline workflows.
- A degree in marketing is valuable but not required when accompanied by relevant and demonstrated experience.
