Tenant Relations Officer

Acts as the primary liaison between the mall management and its tenants (retail stores, restaurants, service providers, etc.). The position focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day mall operations and fostering positive, cooperative tenant relationships to maximize tenant satisfaction and compliance.
Ensures tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, company house rules and regulations. Assists tenants in resolving construction-related problems and issues in coordination with engineering and leasing department. Facilitates the expeditious processing of tenant’s temporary and final clearances to operate.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Design or Engineering.
- At least 2 years’ working experience in customer service, hospitality, tenant’s relations or equivalent.
- With good communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be highly analytical, dynamic and creative.
