Primary Function:
- Compile, process and maintain data and records according to established guidelines. This data may be related to billing, booking, invoicing, filing, sending in and out emails, setting up email reminders, notices and updating documents or other business-related topics. May also perform other administrative tasks such as answering and returning phone calls or any related to daily business operation, many of which could be clearly defined, closely related, and repetitive.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sending and receiving emails
- Coordinate with clients and client’s client and other related documents to insurance
- Answer calls if necessary
- Answer to inquiries
- Update files of document in the system if necessary
- Process Invoice if necessary
- Ordering of Insurance Valuation
- Saving of documents
- Keep records, file, and organize
- Preparing Budget
- Drafting of AGM
- Distribute emails and necessary for processing
- Other administrative task or any related to daily business operation if necessary
Qualifications/Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration or any related courses
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policies, regulations, and industry terminology.
- Proficiency in processing insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
- Experience in handling insurance claims, including initial claim intake, documentation review, investigation, and settlement, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with policyholders, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues courteously and effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for reviewing policy applications, endorsements, claims documentation, and other insurance-related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Capacity to identify and resolve insurance-related problems, discrepancies, or issues efficiently, often requiring creative solutions.
