We’re Hiring: Insurance TrainerLocation: Onsite - DXC IPC Mckinley Taguig

Key Responsibilities- Accountable for the overall endorsement of trainees to operations
- Able to create detailed and structured Training Pan
- Prepares training materials and aids
- Conducts highly effective training sessions may it be virtual or face to face
- Evaluates post training sessions
- Work with operations to identify training gaps and provide refreshers as deemed fit
- Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course
- Must have at least 2-4 years worth of actual training experience via face to face/virtual for at at least 15 or more people per class
- Strong Life insurance product, services and process understanding and background
- Should be methodical, creative and competent in the training field
- Quality presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for lifelong learning
- Flexible working hours- ability to work in shifts and adapt to new demand; Multitasker
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at listening, questioning, explaining and giving feedback
