Estimator | WFO

Work From Office - This is a Work-from-office setup based in Mabalacat.

The purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate estimation and customer service to our target customer base. Our Estimators enable and work closely with the Sales team by thoroughly understanding the details of each project application and how our products will be applied to realize the architect's design.

Scoping:

• Able to understand Architectural plans and has an eye for Sculptform products (or similar) detailed.
• Accurately and neatly mark up all areas where the product is shown

• Accurately transfers data between software (excel, salesforce, Bluebeam)

BOQ Meetings:

• Can run through the marked-up plans and product application clearly and allow customers to understand the system.
• Assist with any questions or concerns the customer might raise about the quantities or product.

Quoting:

• Can use Price & Spec tool and estimating calculator to ensure pricing for standard and non-standard specifications are accurate

• Enablement Provides encouragement and assistance to help an idea or project forward
• Assist project consultant to move the project forward and come out with a win
• Can identify potential products that we could supply but are not currently specified for.

• Able to handle multiple projects/requirements effectively
• Can manage multiple projects at once and can change between them swiftly if one becomes a higher priority

• Ability to understand and effectively meet customer requirements
• Assist with customer's needs and wants, via email and phone communication
• Has the product knowledge to assist with queries/concerns

• Picks up on the small but critical details
• Identifies issues/details on Architectural plans
• Is accurate when supplying the itemization of each component required for the respective product.
• Has the natural eye for detail and can pick up any issues/concerns on architectural plans
• Price and specifications match up and are accurate and correct
• Ensure that data is transferred accurately from one software to another (i.e Excell to Salesforce)

• Has the motivation and drive to achieve a certain number of tasks a day
• Can handle multiple projects at once and can meet deadlines to get estimates done
• Can identify the higher and lower-priority jobs that need to be completed

• Is willing to take on any challenge
