Restaurant Supervisor

Job description:

• Achieves Store Sales targets, Sales Growth targets and Profitability.
• Leads the team to create sales building strategies, operational effectiveness and organizational management.
• Supervises and ensures that Team Leaders and Store Crews perform the highest standards in customer service, food quality and store cleanliness.
• Leads in building store/brand awareness through community relations and customer engagement initiatives.
• Adheres to Store operating systems, food safety standards, government regulatory requirements and Company’s policy and procedures.
• Prepares Store periodic reports, operations budget and reviews monthly store P&L.
• Audits daily sales reports vs sales collection.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business-Related course.
• Three to four (3-4) years restaurant shift management experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Customer-driven and capable of giving sound judgment even under pressure.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• People management skills in coaching, developing and supervising a team.
• Knowledge in store operations with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales and profitability. · Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
