About the role
Zirconia Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our high-end restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling and workforce management
- Provide training and development opportunities for restaurant staff
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are prepared and presented to the highest quality
- Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
