Accounting Supervisor - Direct Hire

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and approve credit applications based on company policies and risk assessment.
• Establish credit limits and terms for new and existing customers.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with credit terms.

• Supervise the collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

• Lead and mentor the credit and collections team to ensure high performance.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide training as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

• Prepare regular reports on credit risk, collections performance, and aging of receivables.
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements to credit and collection processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal departments to resolve disputes and support business operations.

Must-Have:

• Computer literate
• With good communication skills
• Atleast 6 months related experience
