Korean Administrative & Operations Manager

Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City

Position Overview

We are seeking a Korean-speaking Administrative & Operations Manager to provide essential administrative and operational support to the company. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that office operations, documentation, records, and administrative requirements are handled efficiently and accurately.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling a wide variety of office and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company records and files.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, forms, letters, reports, and other business documents.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of company records.
Marketing and Sales Support
  • Handle inquiries from Korean clients
  • Conduct property viewings with Korean clients
  • Assist Korean clients throughout the leasing and sales process
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and brokers
Operations Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal staff regarding administrative requirements.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing transactions and ensure supporting documents are properly organized.
  • Coordinate with service providers, suppliers, and external partners when necessary.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining office procedures and systems.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Organize transaction files and supporting documents.
  • Track document submissions and ensure timely completion of requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Korean Language Support
  • Coordinate with Korean-speaking clients, partners, and contacts as needed.
  • Facilitate clear communication between Korean and English-speaking parties.
Qualifications
  • Native Korean speaker or fluent in Korean.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in administration, office operations, documentation, or coordination work is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.
