Digital Marketing Assistant (Onsite, Kawit / Makati)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Clients’ marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support marketing across email, web, and social with strong visual design and Adobe skills.
Work Set Up:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Cavite / Makati
- Client Industry: Breastfeeding Online Store
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute creative design briefs for email marketing, website assets, and social media.
- Design and update product packaging and retail assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Upload and manage new product listings on the website, including writing and formatting product descriptions.
- Edit, retouch, resize and optimise product images for web and email while maintaining brand consistency.
- Format, upload and publish blog posts supplied by the copywriter.
- Schedule and manage social media content using the company’s scheduling tools across multiple platforms.
- Maintain and organise the internal digital asset library so files are accessible for internal teams and retail partners.
- Maintain and update marketing performance reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and clear insights.
- Main brand guidelines and update standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Strong graphic design skills with good eye for layout, typography, and colour.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Canva experience is a plus; must be confident designing beyond Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Confident in design execution and visual judgement.
- Able to follow brand guidelines and work independently.
