Digital Marketing Assistant

The Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Digital Marketing Team and Merchandising to support the implementation of digital strategies, campaigns, and projects. This role involves content creation, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring that online channels remain engaging and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Optimization:

• Develop compelling and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and multimedia content
• Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
• Monitor and improve website ranking through on-page and off-page SEOstrategies.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.
• Create engaging content, schedule posts, and respond to audience interactions.
• Schedule and post content on social media platform
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and report on performance metrics.

Performance Analytics and Reporting:

• Create regular reports on marketing performance and key KPIs across digital and e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketplace dashboards (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion performance.

Paid Advertising:

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce marketplace ads (e.g., Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions).
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve results.
• Allocate and track advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Email Marketing:

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher open and click-through rates.

• Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or other company-approved systems).
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment of website content with ongoing campaigns, store promotions, and mall events.
• Optimize web pages for SEO through proper use of keywords, meta descriptions, tagging, and internal linking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content uploads, landing page updates, and promotional banners as required.

Administrative Tasks:

• Assist with organizing and coordinating team meetings and marketing calendars.
• Maintain an up-to-date library of digital assets and marketing materials.
• Provide administrative and on-ground support during mall marketing events, in-store activations, and campaign launches.
• Assist in coordination with concessionaires, store operations, and external partners for marketing initiatives.
• Support preparation of event requirements, documentation, and post-activity reports.
• Perform other related marketing and administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
