Job description

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with business units creating a real and active partnership. Their role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.

Role focuses on:

• Act as a strategic advisor, driving financial performance and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance and profitability, then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
• Partner with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Understanding the business unit, including the needs in an operational and strategic point of view.
• Can draw on ‘big’ and ‘small’ data, selecting the appropriate tools to manipulate, analyze and interpret it in sophisticated, audience-appropriate ways.
• Must be able to form and stand over their opinions, have a well-developed sense of ethics and be prepared to stand up for these principles

Qualifications

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel)

Leadership & Partnering Skills:

• Proven experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and regions
