The FP&A Business Partner/Finance Analyst will serve as a dedicated strategic advisor, combining financial analysis with operational insight to drive planning, forecasting, and performance management. Working closely with one of company’s main pillars and its Operations team, the role will enhance financial processes, facilitate intercompany charges, and introduce improved reporting methods to strengthen accuracy and reliability.
Acting as the bridge between finance and business units, the FP&A Business Partner will deliver actionable insights, conduct variance analysis, and explain financial outcomes down to the transactional level of detail to ensure full transparency and clarity.

The role also aligns OPEX with chargebacks, supports FLR optimization, and ensures decisions are strategically aligned with organizational goals.

Job Description:

  • Support core financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations, develop business cases, and perform Fully‑Loaded Rate (FLR) calculations.
  • Deliver clear, data‑driven insights that inform decision‑making and enhance financial performance.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure operational plans are aligned with financial targets.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop impactful data visualizations by creating new Power BI reports and enhancing existing ones for clarity and performance.
  • Prepare periodic flash report packages (OPEX & HC) for local and onshore reporting and consolidation.
  • Record journal entries for intercompany charges and ensure accuracy of posted entries in consolidated reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis, FLR reviews, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the Philtech Dashboard, presenting financial performance insights to Middle and Senior Management on a regular basis.
  • Lead the resolution of moderate to complex issues and inquiries raised by Management and Senior Leadership.
  • Review headcount data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in official HC reporting.

Compliance, Documentation and Control:

  • Ensure all financial practices comply with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes, focusing on boosting efficiency and optimizing workflows
  • Identify and suggest actionable steps in a simple to complex focus area.
  • Candidate is required to work onsite at our BGC office on a Day shift schedule.
