What you'll be doing
- Provide overall assistance to the Engineering Department
- Handle documentation and reports
- Conduct site surveys, collect data, and perform engineering calculations
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, codes, and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a civil/structural engineering role
- Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and project management
- Proficient in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
