Industrial Engineer Analyst (Business Process)

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and document process flows, SOPs, and work instructions
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Engineering, etc.)
- Monitor implementation of process improvements and measure effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support automation and system improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Lead or assist in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in STA MARIA BULACAN.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
