The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Marketing Officer in the implementation of marketing initiatives based on the approved marketing and business strategies, to help the segment achieve its business goals of generating loan and deposit volumes, cross-selling various corporate products and increasing revenue.
Main Responsibilities:Assists in the formulation and development of marketing initiatives that promote awareness and goodwill in order to keep BPI as Corporate Banking clients’ bank of choice; also assists in providing marketing opportunities to product groups to increase client transactions, business volumes and cross-selling of products.
Provides assistance by gathering information, drafting and routing proposals for approval, coordinating with stakeholders and following up on project activities to help ensure strategic initiatives of the segment.Assists in research activities about Corporate Banking clients, internal factors that affect their behavior as well as the competitive environment affecting these.
Prepares various reports that may be needed at different stages of a project, helps prepare briefing materials and implementation guidelines, drafts and keeps records of proposals, approvals, minutes of meetings and other documents related to the project.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Marketing.
- Preferably has experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising, Events Management, and/or PR; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software
