As a Product Marketing Executive Partner, you'll work directly with senior leadership of a fast-growing consumer health company to plan and execute product launches end-to-end.
With 40+ products in the pipeline, you'll own the launch playbook -- product sheets, copywriting, image assets, email strategy, one-pagers -- and coordinate across social, email marketing, and creative teams to make sure everything ships on time.
This is not a typical marketing assistant role. You're expected to be the best launch operator on your team -- jump into the hardest launch, own it, then build the system so your team can run with it.- What You'll Do
- Own the product launch playbook -- product sheets, one-pagers, copy, image galleries, and launch timelines
- Coordinate launch execution across social media, email marketing, and creative teams
- Research products, prepare decks, and ensure every launch has the right assets ready before go-live
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude Code, etc.) to automate repetitive work
- What We're Looking For
- Experience in product launches, marketing coordination, or project management in DTC or e-commerce
- Strong research and writing skills -- you can write product copy that sells
- Detail-oriented -- you track every deliverable and nothing slips
- Creative eye -- you know when an asset looks right and when it doesn't
- Organized and systems-oriented -- builds dashboards and SOPs
- Curious about AI and automation tools
- Background in e-commerce (preferred)
