About the role
As a Return Authorisation customer service specialist at CPS Asia Pacific, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Joining our team in our Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines office, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and processing return authorizations efficiently and effectively.This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and problem-solving.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries about product returns via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assessing return requests and determining appropriate next steps
- Authorizing and processing customer returns in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing detailed updates to customers throughout the return process
- Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and return transactions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of return processes and customer service practices
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role, ideally in electronics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and effective support to customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the customer service team
- Familiarity with product return policies and procedures in the retail or e-commerce industry
