Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to refine business strategies.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients and partners through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media, conferences).
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and seek further opportunities.
- Negotiation & Proposal Management:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Provide insights and feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and product improvements.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
