Position - B2B Partnership Manager

The B2B Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying strategic partnership opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and developing data-driven collaboration strategies to drive business growth. This role requires expertise in competitive analysis, partner ecosystem development, and understanding B2B buyer behavior to support the company’s partnership initiatives.

The manager will also work closely with senior leadership to optimize partner engagement and enhance the company’s market positioning through strong, mutually beneficial alliances.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate partner ecosystems, industry trends, and the competitive landscape within the B2B space.
  • Develop and implement strategic, data-driven partnership plans to expand market reach and enhance business growth through strategic alliances.
  • Track, measure, and analyze partnership performance metrics, including lead generation, revenue impact, and partner engagement..
  • Provide insights and recommendations on partnership structures, collaboration opportunities, and strategies for entering new verticals or regions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging B2B trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously refine partnership approaches and maximize value.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in B2B business development, partnership management, or any related field.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in a foreign language is preferred to support international partnership development.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess partnership opportunities and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to research and evaluate potential partners, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Skilled in interpreting business data and KPIs to inform partnership strategies and performance improvements.
  • Solid understanding of B2B go-to-market strategies, partner enablement, and collaborative marketing campaigns.
