Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively target and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Operations, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in business development, preferably in metal stamping company, or in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Japanese speaking is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and methodologies to effectively close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- With pleasing personality.
- Can start ASAP.
