Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive based in Metro Manila and reporting back to Singapore to drive our growth in the Philippines’ education sector. Ideal for a graduate with 3-4 years of sales experience, this role requires strong English communication skills, a knack for cold calling, and the ability to establish partnerships with schools and educational organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Visits: Initiate contact with schools and organizations in Metro Manila via cold calls and in-person visits to generate leads and build relationships.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within Metro Manila and surrounding areas to expand Edufrienz’s presence in the Philippines’ education market.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong connections with school administrators, educators, and key organizational stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitive positioning in Metro Manila’s education sector.
- Sales Execution: Work toward and exceed sales targets through strategic approaches, adapting based on feedback and local market insights.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the education sector.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, making in-person visits, and working independently.
- Self-motivated and organized, with a strong drive to meet sales goals.
