The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations and performance of the assigned branch. This includes HANDLING the translation of important documents and communication when necessary. They are responsible for network performance monitoring and follow-up, as well as coordinating and addressing network needs.The role includes performing cost analysis and budgeting, managing financial reimbursements, and overseeing material requisition and distribution at the branch level. The Branch Manager compiles and summarizes regional work reports, provides assistance for abnormalities or issues encountered at the frontline, and follows up on concerns raised during client meetings, such as with Lazada and Shopee.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in logistics, courier, or supply chain industry preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with logistics systems is an advantage
