Job Description

• Manage the organization’s day-to-day operations and long-term goals. Developing and implementing operational policies, strategies, and goals that align with the company’s overall mission and vision
• Leading teams and departments within the organization, including setting goals, allocating resources and providing guidance and support to team members.
• Making important decisions, involves in making important decisions on behalf of the organization, such as decisions related to budgets, policies, and business strategies. Communicating with stakeholders such as employees, customers, partners, and investors and for representing the organization at meetings and events.
• Overseeing projects and initiatives within the organization, including developing plans, coordinating with team members, and monitoring progress.
• Developing partnerships and relationships with other organizations in order to further the goals of the organization.
• Signing documents and making commitments for which the company is legally liable.
• Maintaining awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering / master’s degree in business management.
2. Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements, safety, and ISO 13485:2016 / ISO14971:2019 standards and compliance;
3. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment – can understand technical drawing and can-do actual troubleshooting
4. With more than 10 years of extensive experience in medical device company as General Manager.
5. Native Japanese speaker who can prepare legal documents in Japanese, can understand legal documents written in Japanese, can communicate daily with Head Office top executives fluently and highly proficient in both spoken and written English
