SALES & MARKETING MANAGERS/ VP/EXECUTIVE

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing departments such as Dealer Network, Sales Planning, and Sales Finance.
Advises on how to improve company's dealer network sales and service processes and implement countermeasures based on necessity.
Provides advice on MMPC's Customer Experience (CX) strategies and Digital Transformation (DX) tool implementations.
Handles Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Japan Associations and events.
Provides advice and analyzes the Philippine macro economics and politics that would affect the company's business.
Takes the lead and collaborates with MMPC's Top Management as well as MMC-related departments to come up with the company's sound and strategic business plans.
Oversees the preparation and consolidation of business updates upon the request of the Chairman and President & CEO.
Represents the President and CEO function upon order of the Chairman or President & CEO when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of any Business-related course
At least 5 years of work experience in Sales, Dealer Management, Customer relation management, Service knowledge
With excellent speaking and writing skills in Japanese.
