Creative Marketing Assistant – Real Estate & Lifestyle Brand
Location: Remote – Work from Home
Work Hours: Part-time to start (20 hours/week)

Time Zone: Some overlap with US Central Time (2–3 hours/day preferred)
About Us:Land Shore Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage based on the Texas Gulf Coast. We specialize in marketing coastal homes, vacation properties, and lifestyle real estate. Our brand reflects a high-touch, elevated coastal experience.
We’re looking for a creative virtual assistant with strong design instincts and real-world content marketing experience who can take our brand to the next level — someone who understands how to create content that resonates with our Client Avatar across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Page, and email.
This is not a short-term gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, refine our brand voice, and become a key part of our marketing strategy over time.
Your Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy- Design and write posts tailored to each platform (IG, FB, LinkedIn, Google Business Page)
- Customize content by audience and brand tone
- Build and rotate Canva templates that stay aligned with our brand
- Plan post types, captions, stories, and reels around listing life cycle and lifestyle content
- Stay updated with best practices regarding each platform
- Create marketing content for new and active listings
- Draft “Just Listed,” open house, and price change content
- Upload listing videos to YouTube with keyword Optimization
- Write or repackage listing copy into posts and email blurbs
- Assist with formatting and writing monthly newsletters
- Format content visually using our brand style
- Maintain a cohesive visual and written tone across platforms
- Ensure our content reflects a clean, coastal, service-first identity
- Track performance and suggest improvements or ideas
- Strong English writing and editing
- Design experience using Canva or similar tools
- Ability to adapt tone and design by platform and audience
- Organized and thoughtful — you care about both style and strategy
- Comfortable suggesting content cadence and engagement opportunities
- Experience with Google Docs, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp
- Ability to work independently and meet expectations with minimal handholding
- Experience with any social media scheduling platform
- Experience with real estate or lifestyle brand content
- Basic video editing OR ability to manage the process if outsourced
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile
- SEO
- Experience researching blog topics, keywords, etc.
- Experience with TubeBuddy
- Knowledge using ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Weekly pay via Wise
