SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT

Location: Unit 6 Galeria Fuente, General Maxilom Avenue, Corner F Ramos St., Cebu City

Tasks:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies (online and offline)
• Manage and update social media page
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Coordinate with client for service scheduling
• Maintain a database of leads and clients records

By aligning sales efforts with marketing strategies, you support the company’s mission to deliver responsive, customer-focused pest control solutions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communications and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Comfortable with client interaction (online and face-to-face)
• Background in sales, customer service, or marketing.
• Willing to do field work when needed
• Can work independently and with a team
