BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and release shipment for by Air Import for both PEZA and Consumption
- Process and release shipment for by Air Export and other clients
- Responsible for checking any pending liquidation with LBD in Customs
- Endorsement and payment of BL in airlines
- Process payment of storage in NAIA
- Secure payment of BOC forms (informal entry) for the air shipment
- Responsible for liquidation and turnover of Official Receipts to PIC of Airfreight
- Responsible for one-time filing or re-entry of SGL shipment, if any
- Back-up of releasing of shipment of sea freight, if any
- Back-up of releasing of LCL shipment in CFS warehouse for sea freight shipment, if any
- Pick-up of documents to consignee’s office necessary for customs clearance
- Payment of lodgment charges, PEZA charges
- Perform other tasks that operations may require
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Customs Administration
- Knowledge in airfreight operations and brokerage both import and export overall
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field of custom clearance in NAIA for consumption
- Preferably with own motorcycle
- Well verse in customs rules
- Knowledge in processing of shipment and cargo
- Good communication skills, with wide network capacity, aggressive, and smart
- Proactive and good at problem solving, has initiative, and with positive outlook
