We're looking for Newly Licensed Customs Broker for the roles of Sales Associate:

2. Tax Inquiry - with motorcycle and valid license
3. Quotation Specialist

Client Coordinator:

• Check, input, update, and maintain the accuracy and completeness of quotations and other data in the database, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including communication about products and services, providing quotations, and conducting client visits.
• Collect payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and verify data/quotations for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and perform routine quality control checks to maintain data integrity.
• Organize and maintain data files and records for easy access, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, address data-related inquiries, and assist with retrieval needs.
• Participate in meetings to share insights on data management and process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and privacy of sensitive data in line with legal and company requirements.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Tax Inquiry:

• Conduct tax inquiries with Customs authorities to clarify applicable taxes on imported shipments.
• Stay informed and updated on the latest tax regulations, including any increases or changes.
• Accurately classify commodities according to tariff and customs guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of all tax inquiries and related communications.
• Follow - up on customs entries to ensure timely processing and final assessment of duties and taxes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customs officials to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to tax assessments.
• Assist in preparing documentation for customs clearance based on tax inquiry outcomes.
• Identify and recommend strategies to minimize customs duties, taxes, and other related expenses.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to implement cost-cutting measures related to customs processes.

• Oversee billing with accuracy.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including communication regarding products and services, as well as providing quotations.
• Responsible for creating and managing group communications /group chat.
• Collaborate and endorse clients across departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in customs, taxation, or import/export operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classifications, and tax assessment procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software and MS Office applications.
• Has valid drivers license and registered motorcycle to enable quick movement at port area - for Tax Inquiry role
