As an Advice Implementation Specialist, you will manage the execution of financial plans, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, advisers, and stakeholders. You'll support implementation across investments, insurance, and superannuation while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, advice implementation, or a related role
- Proven experience within the financial planning industry, including strong knowledge of compliance requirements (mandatory)
- Experience supporting advice implementation processes across investments, insurance, and superannuation
- Advanced knowledge of IRESS/XPLAN (mandatory)
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and digital tools (mandatory)
- Strong experience in client service and practice management or demonstrated understanding of the financial advice process
- Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients is desirable
- Exposure to Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF), family/investment trusts, and understanding of personal, trust, and SMSF tax returns is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear information delivery
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, advisers, and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial impacts, market dynamics, and strategic alignment
- Ability to manage quality standards, improve processes, and ensure compliance across workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
- High level of accountability, empathy, and adaptability in a client-focused environment
- To oversee, co-ordinate and provide administrative support to all financial planning clients and services including life insurance, superannuation, and investments
- To manage the effective implementation of financial plans to all clients, including follow-up of outstanding tasks and email correspondence between financial planners and external stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding client experience to clients
- Provide research and implementation services for financial planning products including life insurance, investments, and superannuation (including Self-Managed Super Funds)
- Work with outsourced providers to execute all tasks required to deliver on the implementation of financial planning products
- Undertake administrative support for these functions with an emphasis on quality of service
- Contribute to continuous improvement in financial planning processes
- Develop and foster close working relationships with referral partners and professional service providers to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Act as a subject matter expert in the implementation of financial planning strategies
- Assist as directed by the financial planner on compliance monitoring and reporting
- Assist in improving efficiency of processes for handling and follow-up of administration tasks
- Support all Practice staff as required
- Participate as a positive and reliable team member promoting a supportive team environment
- Proactively participate in performance development and review activities
- Comply with WHS responsibilities, including policies, operating procedures, and instructions
- Report all risks, hazards, incidents, near misses, and accidents as per the correct procedure and act to remove hazards where possible
