  1. Establishes and communicates customer service objectives which support achievements of Crimson’s
Mission and Vision.

  3. Determines customer delight level and needs by reviewing comment cards and talking to customers
regularly.

DUTIES RESONSIBILITIES
  1. Receives and inspects quality of incoming supplies accompanied with delivery receipts and gate pass for
outgoing materials.
  1. Conduction of physical inventories by identifying property items of reconciling inventory records and
individual accountability for inventory control.
  1. Maintains and updates inventory report applicable with tagging/labeling of property and proper disposition
of property.

  1. Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
  2. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established
Hotel policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives
  1. Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for better Management decisionmaking and critical evaluation of work activities.
  2. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees to foster and promote a
cooperative and harmonious working climate.
