- In charge in segregation and editing of PF taxes.
- Regular updating of PF summary including the HMO, Philhealth and Corporate Account.
- Responsible in checking Withholding Tax deposit slip.
- In charge in the preparation of 2307 of Doctors per quarter.
- In charge in checking Canteen/Catherine Escoto’s billing.
- Receives and encodes suppliers’ payables at Peachtree.
- In charge in the preparation of the Statement of Account of the suppliers.
- Filing of suppliers invoices.
- In charge in check releasing/disbursement scheduled every Friday.
- Assists the payroll master in segregation of cash payroll.
- Performs other related duties assigned by the Management.
