Mechanical Engineer Virtual Assistant

Based in Angeles, Pampanga | Australian Real Estate

You’ll be working closely with Facilities Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to oversee health, safety, environmental, and compliance practices across a portfolio of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure processes align with the company’s QHSE and WHS systems
• Manage contractor compliance, documentation, permits, and high-risk checklists
• Review incident reports, track notifiable incidents, and liaise with Safework NSW
• Monitor contractor inductions, insurances, and performance reviews
• Support AFSS submission, fire order resolution, and WHS audits
• Keep documentation up to date with legislation, codes of practice, and Australian Standards
• Maintain the myBuildings system including compliance tracking and document library
• Review site inspections, manage risk assessments, and support external audit readiness

Requirements:

• Proven experience in WHS, compliance, or facilities/property management roles
• Strong understanding of Australian WHS Act, Safework NSW requirements, and industry standards
• Familiarity with contractor management systems (e.g., CM3) and platforms like MyBuildings
• Able to review permits, SWMS, incident reports, AFSS submissions, and compliance documents
• Experience managing audits, risk assessments, and fire safety regulations
• High attention to detail, good reporting skills, and a proactive mindset
