Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Working as part of the marketing team to build and deliver a comprehensive B2B marketing programme for a global marketing services business.
• Preparing and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, both local and global.
• Supporting the company’s ‘Exchange’ programme.
• Supporting the company’s internal and external communications.

Day to Day Activities:

• Working with client account teams to identify best practice examples and new innovation from across the business.
• Managing the Exchange best practice content library.
• Writing content for PR, website and social media.
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Compiling internal communications and newsletters.
• Creating presentations and other marketing materials for internal and external use.
• Project managing various marketing initiatives such as e-marketing campaigns, awards entries etc.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or PR role, preferably B2B international markets.
• Experience in creating engaging marketing content for PR, client engagement campaigns, digital channels and sales support activity.
• Must be extremely well organised, able to handle multiple projects/actions, work well under pressure and used to tight deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM and e-marketing tools such as HubSpot is preferred.
• Experience working in a marketing agency environment is preferred.

Skills required:

• Ability to work independently in the creation of high-quality marketing content targeting B2B clients.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage content libraries to a high proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in engaging and developing positive, multi-level relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong language skills, fluent English is essential.
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook is required. Especially in the creation of PowerPoint sales documents.
• Strong team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.

Qualifications:

• Marketing / Business BA Hons degree or equivalent.
