Sales executive

Job Description

• Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing plans and activities
• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups
• Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client database management
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
• Help manage and update social media platforms and assist in marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, and production) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Conduct fieldwork, client visits, and site inspections when required
• Monitor and track sales activities and provide administrative support to the team
• Maintain organized records of clients, transactions, and marketing materials
• Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, or recruitment initiatives

Key Note: Will support sales activities, client coordination, and marketing initiatives within Central Luzon operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with good time management and coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel across Central Luzon and nearby areas
• Knowledge of basic sales processes, client coordination, and marketing support is an advantage
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
