Production Planning and Inventory Control

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct interviews of process owners to capture detailed process workflows and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
2. Develop and recommend relevant processes and technologies to optimize the organization’s internal operations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment for implementing process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
4. Monitor process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
5. Prepares process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.

QUALIFICATION:

1. A graduate of Industrial Engineering, Internal Audit, or related fields.
2. Background or coursework in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
3. Familiar with process mapping and modeling methods and techniques.
4. Ability to capture workflows and translate them into flowcharts or diagrams.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other process mapping tools.
8. Knowledgeable in ERP systems and Project Management tools/software is advantageous.
