Corporate Finance Manager

• Identify underperforming areas, anomalies, or emerging risks and flag them to the founder immediately
• Assess the financial performance of all active and passive investments
• Support the founder in evaluating new deals, partnerships, and business opportunities
• Prepare budget plans and financial scenarios for any new transaction under consideration
• Support the founder in managing relationships with banking partners
• Handle the groundwork on credit line applications, facility renewals, and banking documentation

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

• Minimum eight to ten years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in multi entity or portfolio environments
• Demonstrated experience managing or reviewing financials across multiple businesses simultaneously
• Strong background in financial analysis, investment assessment, and deal evaluation
• Experience working closely with and reporting directly to a founder or CEO
• Familiarity with credit facilities, banking relationships, and loan management
• Solid knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, BIR compliance, and statutory reporting requirements across multiple entities
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing automated accounting systems and financial reporting tools
