HR and Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and job design.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with DOLE regulations.
  • Oversee new hire orientation and integration.
  • Prepare sourcing activities for the whole year.
  • Handles internal recruitment.
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor standards.
  • Ensure implementation of due process for both the Company and clients.
  • Update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.
  • Attend DOLE. SENA hearing if needed.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Implement engagement programs that strengthen morale and retention.
  • Ensure that return to agency or pull out employees is being handle and monitor properly avoid illegal dismissal cases.
  • Suggest, plan and execute employee engagement activities such as but not limited to summer outing, Christmas party, Kids day etc.
  1. HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits
  • Ensure updated rates of employees.
  • Manage government-mandated benefits and remittances, including:
  • SSS (contributions, loans, maternity notifications)
  • PhilHealth (contributions, claims assistance)
  • Pag-IBIG (contributions, MP2, loans)
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to government agencies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Lead performance management cycles and support coaching initiatives.
  • Prepares job description and Key Performance Indicator per position.
  • Ensure timely implementation of quarterly evaluation of the entire company is being observed.
  1. Safety, Health, and Workplace Compliance
  • Implement Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs in compliance with RA 11058 and DOLE DO 198-18.
  • Coordinate with Safety Officers and ensure required certifications are completed.
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
  • Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure the workplace meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
  1. Data Privacy & Information Security
  • Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in implementing Data Privacy Act compliance.
  • Enforce data privacy policies, secure handling of personal information, and employee training.
  • Ensure proper storage, access control, retention, and disposal of sensitive data.
  • Assist in privacy impact assessments and incident response procedures.
  • Promote a culture of confidentiality and responsible data management.
  1. Administrative Management
  • Ensure all employees have contracts, ID and other documents prior deployment.
  • Prepares official memo regarding Company initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Supervise staff and support services.
  • Streamline administrative processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Update organizational chart as needed
  1. Training and Development
  • Prepare Training Plan per position / per employee
  • Ensure that Training Bond is being observed and implemented.
  • Suggest training programs.
