Qualifications/Requirements

Maibigay ng tamang bilang at naaayon sa tamang oras and ni-request na mga materyales ng Production Department upang magawa ang Production Plan sa bawat araw ng paggawa.
Mag bigay ng MSR (Material Store Room Requisition) sa Raw Materials Warehouse ng may approval ng Supervisor at naaayon sa tamang oras na itinakda.
Responsable sa lahat ng materyales na nasa loob ng inyong pwesto na ang lahat ng transaksyon ay may kaukulang papel na gamit ang MSR.
Kalinisan ng buong lugar ng paggawa
Mag report ng nakitang abnormality ng raw material na iyong nabuksan katulad ng ibag kulay, amoy, may foreign matter, kaanyuan o form nito at iba pang hindi tama sa nabuksan or tinitimbang na materyales

Remarks

Responsable sa paghahanda ng maliliit na sangkap sa paggawa ng produkto sa pamamagitan ng pagtitimbang ng mga materyales batay sa mga naaprubahang formulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Receive weekly schedule for Lab Trial Runs (LTR) from R&D Supervisor
Conduct LTR's based on the given schedule and deadline
Follow standard R&D Laboratory Procedure in evaluating Raw and Packaging Materials
Comply with the basic process in LTR based on the step-by-step procedure as instructed by R&D Supervisor
Prepare Raw Materials Evaluation Report (RME) and Packaging Material Evaluation Report (PME)
Safety and protection of confidential documents like formulations, procedures and other controlled documents
Follow all personal safety protocols and regulations in the correct and proper use of equipment and apparatuses in the laboratory
Follow good housekeeping practices in the laboratory
Commits to the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices and established R&D Work Instructions stated in R&D Work Instruction Manual
