The Opportunity:

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and timely processing. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring data is easily accessible and secure.
  • Save files and prepare documents for electronic signature via platforms like DocuSign.
  • Send status updates on shipped items and reports to facilities, ensuring they are informed of received items and verifying the accuracy of shipments.
  • Assist with data cleanup and database maintenance to improve data quality and system performance.
  • Generate reports and data summaries as requested by team members or management.
  • Perform regular backups to secure sensitive information and prevent data loss.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols at all times.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture professional relationships, particularly with doctors and medical professionals.
  • Proficient in using DocuSign or similar electronic signature tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with doctors.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable in engaging conversations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DocuSign

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
