In today's competitive property management landscape, leasing clerks play a crucial role in connecting individuals with their ideal homes. They not only facilitate the leasing process but also enhance the tenant experience. Ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Manage and resolve any issues related to the properties or lease agreements.
Maintaining accurate records of all leasing transactions and interactions.
Evaluate customer satisfaction with all products and services and work to solve any problems or concerns customers express
Explain rental options for hourly, daily and weekly rates as well as our full rental terms
Ensure that customers feel comfortable asking for assistance to find everything they need

Qualifications/Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Extensive experience in customer service
Must be highly organized, confident completing administrative tasks and strong in critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
