Studio Director (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities:
Studio Operations Management- Fully responsible for the daily operations of the studio, ensuring high efficiency and quality in all shooting and production tasks.
- Develop and optimize studio management policies and workflows to improve team collaboration and execution.
- Lead lighting design and layout to ensure shooting effects meet creative and technical standards.
- Develop lighting and shooting plans for various production needs (film, live streaming, gaming content, etc.).
- Manage selection, maintenance, and upgrades of shooting, lighting, audio, and post-production equipment.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies such as virtual production and XR/AR to improve quality and efficiency.
- Manage team members such as lighting engineers, photographers, and technical support, including task allocation and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with directors, producers, and game design teams to ensure productions meet business needs.
- Participate in project pre-planning and technical solution design to ensure smooth production processes.
- Supervise the entire production process to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and gaming industry requirements.
- Responsible for annual budget planning and reasonable allocation of personnel, equipment, and studio resources.
- Control production costs to ensure efficient budget utilization.
Job Requirements：
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree or above in broadcasting, film production, lighting design, or related fields.
- 5+ years of studio management experience, preferably in gaming production or broadcast studio operations.
- Proficient in lighting design and setup for film, live streaming, and gaming scenarios.
- Familiar with gaming industry production workflows and art standards, with experience collaborating with game design, art, and technical teams.
- Knowledgeable in PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, able to enhance production quality through
- Able to work under high pressure and adapt to travel schedules.
- Experience in large-scale shows, eSports events, or virtual production projects.
- Experience with cloud-based production platforms and virtual engines (Unreal Engine/Unity).
- Fluent in Mandarin
