Job Description
Posted on 28 May 2026- Manage inventory and purchase orders required by the Construction Department and coordinate with the procurement team for the preparation of material requests.
- Coordinate with the construction site team and warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of purchased materials to the correct locations.
- Provide regular updates on procurement status, potential delays, or issues affecting material supply.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, communications, and supplier transactions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and related services.
- Conduct cost analysis based on procurement records to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Procurement Manager or Project Manager.
- Proven experience in Procurement, Construction Production, or related department.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and material coordination.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction project operations and materials handling is an advantage.
