Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, setting targets, and ensuring revenue growth. This role involves leadership, team management, and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of sales staff
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for senior management
Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to support sales operations
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and quality standards

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements

3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SALES OR RELATED FIELD
STRONG COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTATION SKILLS
GOOD PROBLEM - SOLVING ABILITIES
GOAL - ORIENTED DRIVEN
